Sabrina Carpenter, Sydney Sweeney and Jennie all share this $6 Met Gala prep secret
What do Sabrina Carpenter, Sydney Sweeney and Jennie all have in common? Well, aside from all gracing the Met Gala red carpet, the trio of talented stars all shared the same manicurist for the star-studded evening.
And who was that manicurist we can hear you asking? None other than Zola Ganzorigt, the talent behind several trending nail looks *ahem glazed donut nails*.
If you're deep in the beauty world, and we sure are, you'll know to tune in to Ganzorigt's Instagram page on the day of any given red carpet and be delighted with a rundown of preicsley which products she used to create the looks. So, when we headed over and found that the trio of stars shared the same manicure must-have, we knew we were in for a treat.
Little did we realise that the treat at hand was going to be a $6 steal that we've all already got a tub of. So, of course we had to spill the affordable secret to come out of the 2025 Met Gala.

The Met Gala's biggest and most affordable secret was... Vaseline. Yep, Ganzorigt used the hydrating humectant on her clients to prep the nails. So, we guess it's time to put down all the expensive cuticle-specific oils and turn to your trusty tub of Vaseline ($5.99 at Chemist Warehouse) for Met Gala-worthy, hydrated, healthy nails.

Custom Louis Vuitton nails to match Carpenter's custom fit? We think they're a must. Ganzorigt even wove in the dress code of 'Tailored for You' with a loose-thread nod.

Cat-eye French tips are the nail trend we can already see taking over our feeds. And the delicate-yet-trending gold gel detail ties in Sweeney's jewellery to perfection.
Kim's pearl chain-embellished, white rose-studded full set is something we need to be able to add to cart like yesterday. Not to mention, the (apparently trending) French tip detail that completes the look.
